I had an absolutely amazing stay and would definitely return here. the location was particularly good and handy, as I was close to the beach. - the breakfast was delicious and suited Asian tastes more than European. - the staff was super friendly, making my stay even better.

The staff could barely understand us. The wifi did not work in my room the entire 12 nights we stayed even though everyday I asked when it would be fixed they kept saying tomorrow which was complete bull. You have to sit side ways on the toilet as the shower screen is so close there is no room for your legs. Also when showering if you take more than 2 mins the entire bathroom floods due to the drain not working properly. Also my room was very poorly lighted I could barely put my makeup on. Anyway I will never stay here again and I suggest you guys pay a little more and get a functional room.

Enjoyed a pleasant stay at this venue for 3-7 nights, everything was excellent.

The spot's amazing - just a short stroll away from a big shopping center, and the breakfast at the restaurant was top-notch with some incredible dishes.

Great location! We were close to a busy market where we could explore local goods. Found a nice spot for breakfast that served good food. 🍳

Easy check in service. The room was cleaned and bedding and towels were changed every day. Good clean breakfast restaurant with plenty of choices from traditional Thai or European. Fesh fruit was plentiful and regularly stocked. Staff extremely happy and very welcoming.

The lobby was pretty an the location is quite central. Nothing else in this hotel is finished or up to scratch and we are very dissapointed to have booked it through your site. You have it listed as a 4 star and not one aspect of this hotel is above 2 star. You should seriously consider altering your rating and description of this hotel as it reflects badly on your site.

This hotel has a 3 star lobby but 1 or 2 star rooms. The bathroom was dirty (toothpaste splatter all over the mirror, hair and soap scumb in the shower) and was poorly designed. With the toilet so close to the showers screen that anyone over 4ft couldn't physically sit down on it. There are no lights or power points in the bedroom, just one in the entrance, makIng it impossible to see at night without opening the blinds and using the balcony light to move around. There is no iron available to press clothes in the entire hotel. The staff were friendly enough but not at all helpful. The breakfast was bland and not kept at safe temeratures for health and safety and things were not replenished once the original serve was gone. Nothing in the hotel is new or newly renovated as stated in your write up, except the poorly finished paint on unprepared surfaces, and the tacky Lino covering the dodgy out dated lift. It looks like work has been done by unqualified workers. Cleaning staff are young and obviously not trained and things were not cleansed with disinfectant, towels were not replaced daily without having to ask. We were not game to try the swimming pool or gym after the filthy state of our room, so cannot rate these areas. This was unfortunately our first time using your site as we usually use Agoda, I would appreciate an explanation from you regarding the completely inaccurate write up on this overpriced hotel. By the time we had checked in an discovered our situation we were unable to find any other accomadation in the Patong beach area. We were stuck there for 4 nights of our honeymoon. We travel regularly an have stayed at backpackers in Asia nicer than this hotel. We do not completely blame the staff at this hotel for their short comings it is clearly down to poor management, cheap labour, a lack of training. If you this hotel as the 2 star rating it deserved we would not have expected more.

I was here for 4 nights and ate at beach restaurant for breakfast. The bathroom was big size and it had a hairdryer, a bidet and a walk-in shower for my convenience.

This place offers nicely decorated, air-conditioned rooms with shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet, which are great conveniences.

staff was very nice, there was some construction going on in the hotel but the staff up graded me to a very big suite, all and all I had a good stay

The location is perfect, very close to all the bars, eateries, shopping mall, night market, Patong Beach. the service was very good. - the pool was very clean. - They had cookies in the lobby.

Hotel Is in different stages of dodgy renovations!! Workers everywhere banging and drilling at all hours NOT WORTH 3000bht a night!!!! Reception staff were friendly enough.
